This unit teaches how to handle the first guest interactions: reception and reservations.

Reading Activity: Reception and Reservations

Students will be able to correctly answer true/false questions after reading and listening to topical short articles and dialogs featuring topical vocabulary.

Depending on the size of the hotel, a guest's first contact will be with either reception or the reservations department.
